What would you create if nothing was holding you back?

About Me

Hi! I’m Andriana Mantas,a veteran psychotherapist and coach with three decades of experience. Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, I worked in public services for 17 years, facilitating the inclusions of people and families in their communities. There, I developed a keen interest in the human spirit, challenges, accomplishments and celebrations. Today, I’m fulfilling my calling to serve all of you on a global scale, by providing a safe and sacred coaching environment to help you live life to the fullest.

My role is to facilitate and help you detect what is holding you back from living the life that you want. It takes courage to seek help and I honor and respect that courage. Working together, we will find opportunities to create positive changes, while helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

If you’re seeking that “something more” but find yourself feeling stuck or struggling with wanting more or less of nearly everything, you’re in the right place.

Finding the way out and the way forward isn’t always easy, but I can help make the pathway to personal freedom clear.

As a survivor of sexual abuse early in my childhood, that trauma followed me into my adolescence. After years of working with psychiatrists and therapists on-and-off, I felt that things were getting better. I got married at 20 and had four children in nine years. I was moving along at the speed of life, until my oldest son got married, my daughter and two other sons were off at school, and my partner and I became empty nesters….

It was then that the flood gates opened and all of the childhood trauma that I had stuffed deep down inside became unplugged. My past had continued to follow me, and my trauma had manifested itself as pre-cancerous cells in my reproductive organs.

We all want answers, but in the same breath, we are afraid of the unknown and uncertainty that those answers might bring. I’m here to tell you that those answers are what will help you heal and move forward, fearlessly.

After a 2013 surgery and a whole lot of soul-searching, I dedicated myself to being a psychotherapist and coach—that compassionate guide who helps you identify what is holding you back and carve out your Way Forward.

Regardless of what has been creeping in or bubbling up from your past, we can move forward, together.

Welcome to a safe and sacred place for your growth, one that is filled with compassion, presence, integrity, and dignity.
